I can't decide if this is working or not. I keep coming back to it, and making changes, but I am still in two minds. I have started to add water detail in, with splashes on the characters and title, but I don't want to waste my time if the cover doesn't look right

Thanks. I have barely started all the rain and water. I shall carry on then 😊 I did have heavy blurred rain falling, but it was a bit much. I shall carry on experimenting.

Wow! Love it bro!
And the new update looks great! My only advice is related with the negative space at the bottom. Something I've learned with Kernie is the need to balance everything to avoid the negative spaces. I took the liberty to do a mock up with a suggestion to balance things.  Removing/replacing the tagline from the top with the names and then adding a quote at the bottom could work, if you like and want. Practice custom Blu-Ray covers, DVD covers and other stuff designs are displayed solely for the purpose of demonstrating design skills and are no way intended to infringe upon the copyrights of the owners of the respective images with which they were designed. It looks nice. I didn't notice anything the first time around, but the characters and the splash in the middle seems very bright, yet the scene is very dark and almost has a mist feel to it. I think the two frontal characters fit the scene better than the guy with the whip. Might just be me. Tag line looks good

Looking good but now Speed and xshoty mention how dark the background is compared to the front scene it does looks a little strange.
