I also think the updated version looks better. What I meant was something like this (droplets that are running down a surface). Kinda hard working on such a small image, but I guess you'll understand what I mean by looking on the bad resources I used

Do you think you could straighten Dr Manhattan's head? He looks really depressed at the moment
 Also, and it might be the preview, it looks like his eyes are pointing outwards. Maybe whiten the outside of his eyes?

Fixed the Doc's head, swapped out Silk Spectre and Nite Owl w new ones. Worked on levels, hues and coloring too. Added more water splashes.

Added new Rorschach on the back, better resolution,made him pop a little. Colors/hue/contrast not final. Still tinkering.
