Looks good JR. Hard to tell about the rain splashes and so on, but you should add some dripping raindrops on his hat at least as well as on the two characters on the left.
I already added some rain splashes. Perhaps too subtle? I can add some more, but don't want to overdo it. Less is more, and all that, you know

Do you think the front characters are a little too orange?
Well I do want a red/orange/(yellow colortone, trying to stay well away from the blue retail promo pics. But I could bring back some of the original colors. It's a balancing act.

That's what I was thinking. Just bringing back a little of the original colour.

I also think the updated version looks better. What I meant was something like this (droplets that are running down a surface). Kinda hard working on such a small image, but I guess you'll understand what I mean by looking on the bad resources I used .
Please keep my covers on this site and this site only!

I love color background and effect you’ve used the only thing i think doesnt work its the character placement
Please elaborate. What is off about the placement?

Do you think you could straighten Dr Manhattan's head? He looks really depressed at the moment Also, and it might be the preview, it looks like his eyes are pointing outwards. Maybe whiten the outside of his eyes?
