I don't do custom covers much unless it's a combo cover to save shelf-space, but I do make the occasional label for DVD backups (after losing many DVDs to friends who borrow or getting scratched in an Xbox, I make it a rule to conserve original discs and only watch backups or an Xvid rip on a HTPC).
