i have a poster thats 3000x4500 pixels @300 dpi.
i want to reduce it for the front of a dvd,a reduction of about 50% - but i gets quite 'blocky' when i do.i'm using paintshop pro 9.
any suggestions for reducing it without losing the quaility?
