One of two test uploads, among my first contributions to this site. I may tweak how the MPAA PG rating reason looks later on, but for now, I'm satisfied that it looks right.
For those wondering why I did it in a modified "Warner Home Video" style, for months I've been speculating what would happen if Disney were to outsource its Ultra HD Blu-ray distribution to another studio (such as, for example, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment), as Disney itself was taking its time to enter the Ultra HD Blu-ray market despite being one of the format's earliest supporters.
Also: from what I've observed, the plain label style you see here was used by Disney for their Combo Pack releases, especially in recent years. DVDs use white labels, and 2D and 3D Blu-ray Discs use blue labels, so naturally I figured the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Discs would use black labels.
