Caeser applied recently, but his contributions were not adequate. However, he has now reached an acceptable level and has applied again. So what do you think?

Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?
For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.
