Hello,

I'm from the UK. I'm new to this website.

I joined this website because I want to download and print out some DVD cover artwork.
I've never printed out any DVD artwork before, so I have a quick question about it.

I have a Brother DCP-J1100DW printer and plenty of A4 inkjet paper 80gms.
Would this be good enough to print out a DVD insert or do I need some thicker paper?

If so, What type of paper would you recommend and how thick in gms?

Thanks.

Hi, welcome to HiRes! The paper you have should be fine. In my opinion, the paper quality usually makes the big difference. Try printing one out, and see if you are happy with it. If you are not, try the brands Mirror or Koala for a good quality budget paper. I would recommend 120 to 150 gsm.

I've tried it a few times with 80mg. And strangely enough, it's always quite bright. But 120mg is indeed the perfect compromise between budget and quality.
And welcome, indeed :hrc-flag-banana:
