So, as some of you encourage me for that exercise...
[attachment=50019:JLA_PREZ1.png]

Hackman's collection must wait.
Need several hours for the multiple cuts out, the effects of light and space, the hairs, the stars, etc.
It will be a three covers collection.
2 has already been requested. And i assume that, someday, a request for the third one will appear :p
Spanning spine collection.
All the texts are done.

As you see, i'm not staying in the forest all day long
And, as usual, if some ideas come to you......

This is a really nice start. But it is not easy to see from the preview. As per the rules :rulez: , can you please post a flat preview?

And you are going to struggle to get your Hackman covers done in time now. Also, glad you didn't get lost in the forest :D

Yes! please provide a proper flat image.

Nice idea - some input:

- I would hold back on the back template until the imagery and synopsis/SF text are done and in place - to see how much space you have left for the template stuff (not counting credits/legals/logos). That's a personal preference. I don't particular like the broad 'Movies you canwatchanywhere and also in your grandma's loo' banners. They are way too much similar to all the Blu-rayTM stuff that used to be on BDs back when they were first released and templates looked like shite.
This is custom afterall ;)

For the front- while I like the many heroes combo pic - I would work on a better background.
Right now you have the heroes running/standing on some sort of disc? - with some faint blue sh1t going on as backdrop. Very weak compared to the heroes IMHO.
If that disc is of no interest for the movie, I'd delete and make some background scene to complement the action-packed heroes. I can send some PNGs of explosions/debris and stuff - and you can scrounge the net for some hires pictures of a sort of a landscape (still complementing the movie/multiverse or whatnot), so they have some actual ground to run on. Once you have the heroes firmly grounded in a scene - then work on their lighting and stuff.

Nice start Rip! The 3 characters at the back seem to be a bit darker than the front 3. I'm guessing this is to make it look like they're farther away? If so, it might be best to add a haze layer of some sort instead rather than just making them darker as usually things tend to get lighter the farther away they get.

Like what you have so far buddy. Imo I prefer the background you have. Gives the presence of a multiverse. Look forward to seeing the finished product.

Like in the sentence: "A picture worth better than 1000 words".
Thanx Buddy.

nice work so far rip, but that stroke on wonder woman from the original background doesn't really work imho.
also that portal, wormhole w/e it is, seems a bit rough cut out. maybe feather it some or use an oval shape with a gradient to extend it and fade it into your background.

keep at it :)

edit:

oh and if you wanted more of batman, here i found a version where he isnt cut off.

So after several hours of cuts out, and adding some textures, stars and planets, sort of, here is an update.
I've checked for the other two titles, and it will be easier to extract what i want front the official posters & backgrounds.

For Stampe, it was rough cuts out, i always do that, I cut as much as possible, in order to be very precise in extracting the characters. As for the wormhole, it follows the same process, roughly cutting before refining.
And a big big big THANK YOU for the entire Batman :p
