I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to upload new artwork to the Gallery section and after I input my file info I receive this message:

"Critical error... Destination directory albums/userpics/29733/ is not writable by the script !"

Is anyone else receiving this message (or something similar)? Is anyone else able to upload to the gallery? Am I doing something wrong? I've tried putting artwork into both the Custom Covers album and the Labels album and I still receive this message. Must have tried about 8 different times throughout the day. Just wondering if the issue is on my end or with the site itself.

Any help?

Thanks! :D

Just tried again... same error as before.

Any admins have a clue what's going on here? I'd love to upload some new stuff I've been working on...

I do not know what is going on - from what I can tell, the folders that are working have the same permissions and same owner as the ones that are not working. Baz and I will have the host look into it some tomorrow.

Just to let you guys know, this is being looked into by the host. We think we know the problem, and if so hopefully will not take long to resolve. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just talked to the host (OK, we IM'ed, but you know what I mean....) and he says they have put something in place that is supposed to fix our problem. Can someone who was having problems try again? Then post a reply back here to this thread.

Thanks!!
