JollyRoger is back, and it looks like he is here to stay

He has applied for contributor status, with the covers and labels listed below. I am aware that his work is that of a designers quality, but as per site rules he must be upgraded one position at a time.

Does anyone know of any reason that they should not be promoted?

For example, if you know the artwork does not belong to them or in your opinion their artwork should not have been approved into the gallery, please let us know.

I'd say yes too, the only thing that i'm wondering a little bit about is, why he's in such a rush? It kinda feels like he's trying to do as much as possible in the smallest amount of time, to gain access/become a contributor/other as fast as possible. He might just miss the people and the creating of covers, but he could still do that without being a contributor/other.
edit: and yes, I guess there's more "inactive" contributors/other that still has the status. If i'm not mistaken tho, they still fill out their quota, if not the status would be gone.

Yes Speed. Contributors are checked monthly. And Jrr already has access, he is just enjoying himself at the moment. The designer bug has bitten him again

I stand by what I said before. He is a much better cover designer than some designers here. He might not do covers that are a popular demand, but his work is really good. So yes, once again.
