I have a few images like this, where the colors look faded and dull, does anyone know a way to mke the colors "pop" a little more? Using Photoshop.

Hi username
You could just boost the saturation with a levels adjustment ->
or use a Linear Light overlay - this is with a mid grey background ->
These might not be what you're wanting but everthing can be adjusted to your preference, just experiment with the overlays, levels, adjustments etc cos different things work better with different pics.

I would do as sleepyhead suggested with the levels. Add a level layer above the image, and adjust as necessary. Then, go back to your image and press ctrl+u to adjust the individual colours to your liking!
