Hopefully Bazz has the HD version, otherwise you're gonna have a problem getting it Hi-res.
BTW you can try Power DVD with your own custom size for grabbing screen caps from dvd. works perfect for me.

If you'll be using these screen caps on covers you'll never get it to 300 dpi unless you grab off a HDDVD or Bluray Disc. Although you might be able to get away with it, with some creativity. I'm sure you'll be fine. Please post your WIP.

Surely, one can not base a whole cover on dvd-screens. But you can get away with using them as small screens on the back etc.
I've used caps from HD-trailers on quite a few covers now, and it's works perfectly fine - with a little cleanup and some fx

Another Trick that helps is to drag the cap to a new layer window set to the desired size and 300 dpi, then scale while holding the shift key. Sometimes you can greatly resize, sometimes not. But worth the try.
