Please welcome ripley to the moderator team. Although still quite a new guy around here, ripley has proved a valuable asset and good friend to many of us and our site. So it is fitting that ripley now joins our moderation team. Ripley will be moderating the resource gallery, so all resource questions should now be directed his way
