Help,reduced To Lo-fi Again

Paypal emailed to say i had payed my subscription at the begining of July but i was put on Lo-Fi anyway so in case something had gone wrong i payed again through this site and was put on Hi-Fi.But eight days later i`m back on Lo-Fi again.

I`m not sure if i`ve paid once or twice but can someone tell me whats wrong or turn me back to Hi-Fi.

lo-fi and hi-fi versions of the forum are nothing to do with subscriptions. I have sent you a PM. To turn on hi-fi mode, see the bottom of the page:
