You can rotate your image view by using the Rotate View Tool (R), then left click on the image and rotate. This will only rotate the view, not the actual image. This can be really useful when you are brushing in details on an image, making it more comfortable to draw using your mouse or pen.
When you are finished, and want to straighten your image back to normal, click on Reset View.
