Hi all.

Really excited about this site that I stumbled onto. Love the art work and I have around 500 blu rays in my collection, many with out art work.

I joined 1 year on the spot, but the site is saying I haven't paid, but I did pay through Paypal.

I'm in the US, is there a delay due to conversion? The money came out of my PP account immediately.

If you read the subscription page it says "Accounts are manually updated, usually within several minutes. But please allow up to 24 hours."

So if 24 hours pass and your account is still not upgraded then raise a support ticket here: Support
