I didn't realize until submitting for the HiResChallenge that this one is listed as a pure Comedy on IMDB and RottenTomatoes (as opposed to Wikipedia or Blu-ray.com, which sub-label it Horror), rendering the cover ineligible for this month's Horror theme.

Made using screen captures galore (even the actors' names and title come from the opening
