Dual window for masking

Select Window -> Arrange -> New Window For *file name*

Doing this will open your document in a second window. This is really useful for masking images. It allows you to zoom right in on the main window to mask, while keeping a pop up window open at 100% so you can see how it looks.

Just open the second window, then drag the new tab so it pops out.

I'm mostly using CS3 when I do covers, so is this a "new" thing or does it work for older versions as well (I also have CS5).
