Following the Previous design of Doctor Sleep, Here's my attempt at The Shining

Great start! Glad to see you're going back and doing The Shining as well! I enjoyed Doctor Sleep much more than I expected to, and thought it was a good way to follow up King's book and Kubrick's film.

A couple suggestions on your new design...

- Make the Title Treatment white for The Shining just like Doctor Sleep. You now have the challenge of creating something that remains consistent with what came before, which can sometimes be more difficult than just creating something new from scratch. Try to keep a lot of the same fonts, colors, patterns, etc. (which you're already doing for the most part). Enlarge the title to match the same width as the Doctor Sleep title and apply the same grunge texture to it. You may be able to enlarge just the word "Shining" and shrink the word "The" to better fit the same general area as the Doctor Sleep title.

- If you're going to use a silhouette of Jack on The Shining, then you should probably have a silhouette of Danny on Doctor Sleep as well (or a picture of Jack on Shining to match the picture of Danny on Doctor Sleep). Either that or remove "kid Danny" from Doctor Sleep and replace it with a silhouette of adult Danny to sort of match the style of The Shining.

I agree with Kernie, great idea to make a matching set, maybe use the twins on this one?

For consistency, I wouldn’t use a silhouette- C’s idea of the two girls is pretty cool.

Thanks guys, yeah i wasn't keen on the silhouette idea, If i thought resources for Doctor sleep were hard to find the shining is even worst,
Hows this guys? Kernie i couldn't make the TT any bolder than this, but as us can see ives copied the late-out across to make sure it all lines up

Use the Dr Sleep font it's Friz Quadrata bold.

Looking good - I would make sure to adjust the kerning on the title so it looks the same as Doctor Sleep, so make the letters closer to each other if you’re going to use the font C uploaded.

Thanks for the font ctaulbee, i only had the Friz Quadrata regular
