Is there any way of alerting the uploader, (by way of message perhaps?) if a Comment is posted on the work they've uploaded? At present, the only way of seeing if a Comment has been left, on any work submitted - as far as I'm aware, is to either trawl through the 'Last Comments' section, or to open all the content one's uploaded, which isn't really feasible. Although it's nice to read the praise (on the rare occasion for myself!), it'd be really useful to be informed of any Comments, which often include; any mistakes on an upload, constructive criticism - ways of perhaps improving an upload and additional covers/labels in a series, without having to follow the rigmarole mentioned previously?

I have already tried this. There is currently no mod available to do this (that I can find) and no one willing to create one. Great idea, but unfortunately not available.

So what we need is a modification to the action of the, OK button, so when it's clicked, the comment also goes to the uploader as a message. So you require someone with some PHP knowledge? Are you running SQL on the back end?

I'll speak with one of the programmers at work, to see if he can help.
