Possibly because these are in Dutch.

So aren't Dutch covers allowed? Can't be that since I've seen some Dutch covers already.
Surely the rest of us is better off with English one's but why not upload both?

Well...from what I can see the rules do not state Covers/Labels must be in english however the general rules do state that posts must be in english as 99% of members speak english.

So by inference an assumption can be made but perhaps it would be better to clarify the rules. So good question
