Very good start I'd say. The tt is really great, love it!

Also like the bluring of the backgound and the colours.
The only thing I could suggest is the light on the back of her haed, I think that's to much (same in he middle of her back).

Ok, made some minor changes, should look a bit more realistic now. The light reflection in her hair on the right side is on the original photo, so I actually didn't highlight it further.

Looks better now but in my personal opinion this part of her hair is still lokking a bit unnatural, it's too much light there. So I'd try to darken this some more and lighten up the wall behind her just a bit (increase the tone of light coming from the window) so the wall is getting brighter there.

Started with the back and I have 3 different main images and they all come with some problems :/ Don't know which one to prefer.

#1: Slightly bad quality plus there would be text (bottom left corner) to remove
#2: This pic is from the side and as I already have a side-pic of the woman on the front, something from the front would be better.
#3: While this one is frontal her pose, there's no action in the image, it's more of a dull portrait.

I would use neither of those images although they look good.
