Hi'i'm new her and hopefully enjoying it for a long time.What i'm missing here is a apart section for tv series blu-ray labels and covers.Will there be any change to fulfilled this in the future?

If you need BluRay versions of TV series, you can make a request in the Request forums.

I think he means a dedicated section in the gallery
So we would have Movie Bluray Covers and TV Bluray Covers, for example.
The problem I foresee with this is the amount of categories we have already. And selecting the correct category at the moment is a pain when you upload, as there is a big list to scroll through. Unless Coppermine allowed us to have multiple categories to select when uploading, I am not sure it is a great idea?
