So i think i got the idea. This was just a sketch. I put the grid on so i could measure well and used the pen tool. Th epath doesn't close but it doesn't matter. It gets there.

Of course i have to figure out the spacing and the size of the font i want to use but that's just thinking a little.

The real trick is making the spiral, once you have that the text part is easy

Like this:

Hey CT. Sorry. just now have i seeen your reply. yes That's exactly it. Just want to start at the beginning of the page and moving directions 90 degrees get to the middle.
