I don't think you will find much larger than that as it's an older film, hi-res artwork isn't usually available.

Are there tutorials on youtube on enhancing a photo or I just simply get anything better than the 1000x1200 that I think google has to offer?

You won't be able to "enhance" the photo with Photoshop, it's always best to work with as large resolution as possible. Of course you can resize the image but this will pixelate the image, you can add some effects to make it not look as bad but it will never be as good as an image which is high res.

Yeah, This one I uploaded is of inferior size, you're right. I downloaded like 3 of the same. I'll delete them once I'm done with them.
