Hi guys, I wanted to make a cover for this show, so started with this recently.

Still need to cut out the characters. Do you guys think it's worth pursuing?

Please remember it's been awhile since I actually designed a cover

I think you really need the city backdrop for this one to create the right atmosphere. Not sure what we have in the gallery, but i'll grab some artwork and send you a download link.

Looks good but I agree with V maybe have the Gotham background on it.

If anyone hasn't watched this yet I highly recommend it as it's not you're typical superhero tv show

Thanks for the advice guys! I've received some great artwork from Venome, so here is an update. I've used the city background as suggested. Still using the custom TT wich need some texture work. Or do you guys think I should use the original TT?

How about using the original TT and also moving Gordon and whatever his name is together more in the middle allowing more of the city to show on either side?

Possibly even switch the characters so the other detective is looking at Gordon but i understand that would require a bit of work to rebuild his hand etc

I'm with MM about the position of the guy on the right and the title.
I personally like the style of the original title.

Apart from that you could clone out the spotlight behind Gordon and use some adjustment layers to make the sky look a bit more dramatic.
I'd remove the light of the left arm/left part of the face of the right guy and brighten up the moon some more and then add some more light on the shoulders between the two.

Thanks for all the suggestions, will definitely try them all.
For now I have already done the following:

- Added original TT (although with some modifications)
- Characters closer to each other
- Removed the spotlight from the background
- Brighter moon (and removed the 2 towers in front of the moon)
- Tagline in same colors as the TT (still needs texture)
