Im going to Stockholm to visit my friend today...and i will be away for about one week..

could someone send me a link to this holiday/tralvel form... I'll be away a lot at the end of summer and during the fall... might as well put in the notices early
Oh and these are with work so i can put it in with a slip from my boss....

Oh crap...I Watched Terminal last night and filled out the green form again, and I only did that one in duplicates...
