Seems like I'm about the only one opening WIP's nowadays, but here goes... :P
I've always wanted to make a cover for The Godfather but have never come up with anything worth continuing. Not sure if I have now either, but what do you think?
Still have to add a LOT of charaters though. My plan was to use Andy Garcia, Robert Duvall, John Cazale, Diane Keaton, James Caan and Sofia Coppola on the front.
Does the TT work btw?

Thanks guys.
Chemnitzer: Have a look in
THIS thread. I got the same question for my Dredd cover. For this cover I've also used a couple of other filters (High Pass & Gaussian/Smart Blur) on a couple of the characters to better match the others. The ressources for these movies are pretty bad and most of the images I've found are very low-res.

Not sold on the TT font (or Coppola text). Think you could find something more 'gangster-ish' - Not that I'm an expert, but you could take a look at some of my gangster movie covers to get some inspiration for a more suitable font?

Added two characters and different font (and color) similar to the official one. Better?

Great start (again) Magnus! I'd like to see some natural colors instead of the sepia tone. I like the font but not for this title. In fact i think you could try a retro/vintage title for this

Would, just out of curiecity like to see the more natural colors, but I really don't mind the sepia tone.
