I am very particular about my iTunes library. I've put my DVD collection on in my iTunes library and enjoy using the official iTunes artwork from the US store or keyart from Bunny Dojo. :D Yesterday, I found a method to access the hi-res artwork from all of the international stores to shake things up. :) So I thought I'd share it with those interested.

Looking through the different stores for different countries, I noticed some cool things like: Japan (JP) has awesome posters and eye-catching typography for almost every title, India (IN) has a certificate in the corner of every poster, and France (FR) has nice variations of artwork from the US.

I think this is a great way to find different artwork from a country with the same (or a different) language. :)

Now for the tutorial. To start, copy the following into your web browser

https://itunes.apple.com/us/genre

This is where you access the different stores. and they can be accessed like so:

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/genre
https://itunes.apple.com/fr/genre
https://itunes.apple.com/au/genre
https://itunes.apple.com/jp/genre
https://itunes.apple.com/es/genre

To find more, Look through the countries page:
http://www.apple.com/choose-your-country/

But make sure to copy the country's abbreviations into the one of the stores above.

Next, copy the image's address.

Go to Google images: https://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi&authuser=0 Click on the camera icon and past the image address.

Choose large images.

And you're done!

Great stuff thanks for sharing m8. I love seeing the different posters from around the world - Japan has some very different and often more interesting artwork most of the time.

Great find! That's much easier than my method. :)

Really interesting and useful finds, Nike and euroboy, thanks for sharing!

Somewhat related, iTunes' non-music choices have always seemed a bit odd to me. They force TV Show artwork into squares, but give Movie artwork poster dimensions... but don't use posters?

For all of that work, you would think they would either A: Force movie artwork into squares too, creating a unified look for your entire collection, or B: Use DVD dimensions and simply copy and paste retail covers.
