Where did your nickname come from?
I am a Certified Executive Chef (Retired), and although I go by Nick, My actual first name is Joseph, thus chefjoe.
What part of the world do you come from?
Georgia, Southeast United States
What got you into designing covers in the first place?
Became inspired by all the great artists here upon the site re-launch way back when.
Is there anyone on the cover making scene that has inspired you?
Yep, many. but Kylumi, my great cyber friend really got me inspired to start.
What would be your best advice to any up and coming designer?
WIP, WIP, WIP!!!!!
What’s your favourite cover/label you have made?
I had the most fun with my Romero set of Dead movies. Currently though is my Marvel Set.
What’s your least favourite cover/label you have made?
My old SG1 set, badly needs updating, hehe!
What’s your favourite cover that someone else has made?
Kernie's Comic set! Pure Greatness there!

Disabled, lazy and insanely bored, also full of Chemicals.

What was your childhood like? Share an interesting "growing up" story.
Wannabe s3x, Many Drugs, and too much Rock and Roll. Once set a 5 mile stretch of railroad tracks on fire while getting stoned, freaked out, and went to McDonalds to watch it burn. We were pretty stoned, hehe!
What is your favourite food?
Most any made with love, but I guess True Pacific Rim Cuisine is the most exciting for me, Mexican is the most suprising.
Tell us about your best vacation.
Living in Hawaii, 3yrs, Korea 1 yr, Germany 5 yrs, and all the other countries during my military years (20 yrs) of course not really vacations.
What is your favourite type of music/band?
I'm a Tom Petty freak, but also love Nickelback, and Rush!
What is your favourite movie of all time?
The original Night of the Living Dead.
What one place would you like to visit?
England and Australia!!!
What other hobbies do you have besides movies & graphics?
More movies, and Nakid Women, hehe!
What is the best thing that ever happened to you?
By Far! Birth of my Daughter and Grand Daughter!
