Hello,
Is there a list of covers and labels which are rejected?
Or will the cover or label automatically be added after upload?

If it's approved it will be added to the gallery, if it's rejected for some reason it will be mentioned in the dupes and error section. Hope this helps

When I try to upload some covers, I get the message that 0 items were succesfully uploaded.
Why is that?

Looking into it now. It is most probably a configuration, as we have just moved to our new server.
