Wasn't expecting to see a WIP for this one yet... :P
Think I like the second one the most. Maybe add a little blue to gandalf so he blends better and a dark gradient from the bottom and over his feet?

fantastic start i also like the 2nd much better is it maybe possible to get bilbo on the front or somewhere as he is the main character,

Thanks everyone...I'll do some messing around with different combinations....
I know it's still far off, but I wish they would release more art.

what if you have gandalf and bilbo on the cover standing beside each other.
