Resizing my covers

I am now in the process of re-making some of my BD covers for this site as the size differences make it necessary to do so.
Being in the UK, sizes for BD covers are different. I really need to know what would be the preferred size for covers holding 3 discs, 4 disks and 6 discs. The covers I have in mind at the moment are Transformers (3 movies) and series like 'The pacific' and 'Band of Brothers' which have 6 disks.
There are too many to choose from so I need preferred standards so I can make templates to make it easier for myself.
It would not be a problem, and I don't mind making two of each, for slimmer and wider cases so I would greatly appreciate someone giving me preferred sized for me to be able to upload them here.
(standard size and wide like a vortex for each would be greatly appreciated)
1-3 or 4 Discs
4 to 6 Discs

Hi Jazzy, thanks for the answer but I think you misunderstood the question.
I have a number of covers that I've made for Blu-ray where there are three or four discs in the collection, as well as covers for those with 4 to 6 discs.
All these covers which have been fine for the sites I am already a member of are not acceptable for this site and sometimes there is a marked difference in dimensions.
What I need are preferred sizes, so that I can convert my covers for this site in the most efficient way by making my own templates. I need these preferred sizes for each of the following Blu-ray cases:
3 to 4 discs and 4 to 6 disks
I would prefer the two most preferred sizes for each of these as not everyone likes the thinner cases and would go for the wider spine versions. If I just picked a size then I could be picking one that might not be useful for a lot of people.
Here's an example of the thinner cases: Transformers Trilogy by ctaulbee and tmscrapbook.
One uses the 3118x1748 (143 spine) (US standard, 1,2,3 Disc) Viva Elite Case,
while the other uses the 3165x1748 (143 spine) (1,2,3 Disc) Viva Elite Case. Both have the same spine size, both are Viva Elite but both have different front and back sizes. I could make a cover for each size but to be honest I'd prefer to make just one so - from these two which size is preferred?
I also need this information on those cases where a collection is 4-6 discs, like 'Band Of Brothers', rather than split the discs up into volumes.
If no-one can advise me on preferred sizes then could I ask if these three:
* 3118x1748 (143 spine) (US standard, 1,2,3 Disc) Viva Elite Case
* 3305x1762 (257 spine) (3,4,5,6 Disc) Vortex Case
* 3260x1748 (284 Spine) (7,8,9,10 Disc) Viva Elite Case
would be acceptable to cover everything?
Sorry to be a pain……

Thanks guys for the replies again. I can't seem to get across what I want. The covers I've upped so far have been accepted because they were originally designed to within a few pixels horizontally and vertically from some of those allowed on this site so it was easy to do. I have more which are a lot more than 5 pixels out in either direction as well as some in 1" spine vortex cases but even these are different to those accepted on this site.
There are so many to choose from in the accepted BD case sizes lists that all I wanted was to know what was the most preferred size for each type of case, 1-4, 4-6, up to 10 so I could make my own templates and convert my covers to the most common sizes.
Anyway, as it seems a problematic question I'll get in touch with tmscrapbook, I've had talks with her before, I'll ask what cases she would use in each of the disc numbers above and stick to those.
