Ever since i seen this movie at the cinema i've wanted to make a cover for it.

wasn't until recently i found the artwork which is on the front (artwork was textless) so added my own fonts to it.
along with some saturation and color changes to the image.

now the back this has been a nightmare of a task, the detail changes to the main 4 charactars have been very time consuming
and alot of trial and error, at one piont photoshop crashed and 8 hrs worth of image editing lost because i forgot to save it after every bit
done. So let that be a lesson to you all when making important changes then save it straight away.

The one back image with boxes in is hires (300 dpi) previews mixed with preview image to give you a better idea.

Box numbers:

1. Now due to lightening images, it caused alot of noise! to remedy this, duplicated layer added gussian blurr to layer approx 22
added the layer mask (blacked everything out) now with a white brush (about 35% opacity) lightly go over relevant area where noise is.
Don't over do it or you will end up with a china doll effect. example is before and after (noise and non noise).

2. The body work a before and after by adding various layers like saturation, color balance and a layer mask. In the layer mask i used
a black cloud brush to lightly go around the area light areas using different opacities while doing this. The overall effect was used on all characters
and also the fence in the background.

3. Is preview of the quote text with added mist

4. Preview of synopsis text

5. preview of special features.

The front is good but I'm not sold on the font choice of the names above...

How about something closer to the TT font?

Love it! You already know that! Bit of a synopsis though :P I'd go for similar font size for both the synopsis and the special features ;)
