The blue is a bit overwhelming IMO. Perhaps lessen the saturation some?
Also - I'd move the text away from the light house.

I like the look of the cover, very nice, but i look at your wave at the foreground and it seems to me that the contrast is very high and when i look at the contrast of the clouds in the BG and the rock and the lighthouse too, it's lacking some contrast, there might be some fog but still could use a bit more contrast and i noticed part of the credits on the front just below Depp's chin and in the mast of the ship at the same height as the chin

, and i would like to ask you where did you find your Québec ratings logo i would really appreciate knowing where i could find them thanks!!

Maybe fade Depp into the sky?

His colouring looks a bit off compared to the rest of the colouring of the front, he seems kinda dull

Maybe tryout the retail floating heads in the sky (talk to Bunny about how to make the effect work). You'll have to choose an overall color scheme, like red or green (common in the retails). Below the gloating head you can have the ship and a picture montage.

Some great suggestions and maybe make the blue a little bit darker.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys....I'm working on a new monitor and it's a little challenging to
see the color levels.

I prefer the ship in the foreground
