There are several different previews available, can you be more precise to which one you are referring to please?

I think imandix does this and cover action pro might as well

You can download and use this photoshop action to do that

or google some simular PS action file that does the same

or like previously mentioned you can use the free version of imandix,(see below) but this is limited and wont do blu rays.
extract the folder to your documents, then make a shortcut to the exe file on your desktop
