3DO cover size

Hello everybody, at this time i'm working on a 3DO game cover, but i miss the correct size, can somebody can help me with this.
I'm not looking for the cd cover but for the long box, if you need a pic, i'll add one, and i really just need the size of, the spine also, no templates needed.

the box is quiet "high" and not very large... you can also have an idea of what a front looks like with google images search, but no precise size...
