I still vote no.
Beside the points Rob and Fub stated regarding his activity, I get a bit irritated by seeing all those topics about/from him everytime I check HRC...
But serious, I don't think his activity will rise. He probably just needs a few covers/posters or artwork from the site and is off then for another year or so. I don't have any convidence in him.

Well, I was dead set against this guy, he really struck a nerve with me...however, he has come back and replaced a lot of his covers that were rejected for another coversite URL, and has even started replacing some of the ones I identified in my big list. If he replaces all of those, or even about 1/2, it will be a no-brainer for me.
