Here is the history on this guy...
He proves himself on Sep 13, 2006. Notice all the comments by people who mention those covers are not in the database. When I did a search on him, I did not see the covers from THIS thread, so I am guessing here never DID upload them...but made it as a contrib anyway. Although someone must have gotten wise and demoted him, because....
He proves himself again on Oct 2, 2008. His first post in this thread only has 6 covers, he adds one a few hours later, and finally adds number 8 two days after that. However, those last two are the only ones that were less than a year old, in other words, he did not qualify at that point. The automated contrib checker caught him, though, and demoted him in Dec 08.
Now he's trying again, with covers that are more than a year old, and many of which were included in the Oct 08 prove-yourself thread.
I don't know why he refuses to post his Dutch covers on the site - from everything I've read, he more than qualifies if he will post that stuff. And a brilliant designer who refuses to post his stuff on our site does not deserve access!! What is the point?

Here is another no.
I know the guy from DC where I did my first covers in 2006. He was, and probably is, a nice guy.
Nevertheless I go with Fubster and Rob on this because they have a point regarding his productivity.
Maybe because of some lame admins at DC, they ask their designers to do covers for DC only...

Some year back he used the WIP-board but imo didn't show any interest in actuall advice.
I have since that never botherd with his posts. IMO he hasn't really before, and won't make the cut this time.
Good thing irrob and fubsy are alert

I never vote, but offer my opinion. Contributors that do NOT contribute.... well isn't that contradictianary???
A designer knows he has achieved perfection - not when there's nothing left to add - but when there's nothing left to take away

Don't be too fancy-pantsy, your last contribution to the gallery was 2months ago:ner:

Now that you mention it, look at this completed WIP thread, you are right, no advice taking at ALL. Unless the making the flames more yellow was his way of making them more realistic (but usually the artist will say "I tried this...does it work?") He actually took more advice here in a SHOWCASE thread
