I'm using Topaz Gigapixel AI to increase resolution on low res images. That works pretty well but there's some more work needed on the upscales images.
And I know there are some homepages with AI upscaling functions out there as well and some are free to use.

So Photoshop on it's own can't do a good job at fixing bad image's resolution? I haven't learned everything about the software and probably never will, but it evolves constantly. I keep getting updates very regularly, so there must be something within the software to help without getting another software no?

There are lot's of tricks experts use, but there is no easy way of doing it using just Photoshop. Raw Camera is good, if you know what you are doing, for improving images though. And that is part of Photoshop.

I get updates for Raw Camera all the time but never used it because I have no clue what it does or how to use it. I guess I should learn a bit more about it since it's part of Photoshop. My problem with learning new things is that I get bored easily, lol

lol, just open any image in it, and play around with the settings. It doesn't take too long to learn

Also how do you get the stills to match the color hue of the other photos?
