I would do as jw suggests, that way you more control over the overall results :)

After having a long look at it, honestly, i think you'd be better rebuilding the image or creating a better one - there has to be pics of those old cars and men in black overcoats.. worth consideration i think m8, will help with pics where you'd need to replace heads if your willing to give it a shot :)

Ok, redid the front. New characters and car, new forest for the background. Added some slight texture to the TT. Better or worse?

Definitely better.
The TT doesn't quite stand out as much as it did before though. Maybe add a layer underneath, like a color or overlay, fading towards the bottom just to bring it out a little more.
Maybe a little grunge in there too?

I think post 85 works much better, although they seem to be a bit yellowish.

The new front with the colors and grungy/grainy old look from post 85 would be great imo. And I really liked your first TT...
