I don't like these gradients you put all over the texts and logos. I would get rid if them except the review quote and the Special Features title. As for the quote, since it's a two-liner, I'd make the effect one on each line. Hope you get what I mean :)

And move the quote a bit to the left towards the border of the main image.

But I do. ;)

Changed the rest of your suggestions. :)

Looks great buddy, I'm not overly fond of using two weights on the synopsis text but other than that it's all good :D

Have you tried the quote font the same colour as the background...

This colour

Yes, I've tried that. But I think that's to many different colours for the texts and after I've moved the quote to the left of the artwork (where the background is brighter) I don't see a problem anymore with the dark quote. ;)

Changed the synopsis so evertything is in the same weight now. Better?

Yup looks good buddy, the quote looks OK to me in either color, so whatever you think works for me :D

I think the synopsis looks better as one weight. If you had a tagline as the start of the synopsis, it would work with a heavier weight, but as it is all the synopsis it should be kept the same :)

What about changing the synopsis background colour to the same as the stills background colour?

Just duplicated the SF's background quickly, it's not oonly a different colour. ;)

I'm not sure but somehow I think it looks better optically isolated from each other?
