Looking good! But maybe what's making the image on the back so flat is the darkness of Kong, maybe you could try make things lighter the further away they are?

You could always use the camera raw filter to make it pop a little?

Lightened up his arms & shoulders as sauron has suggested. Better now?

I think Kong can be a little brighter to make him look a little sharper (as in bazzah's example). You could play with Shadow/highlights under Image > Adjustments. Or even play around with the HDR settings if you have HDR adjustments in your version of PS?

For me i think it's only the picture of kong you take doesnt work he look too much sketch In comparaison of all the the design.. maybe you can try to pic another image of him
