If you draw a vector box (basically a Vector Mask) around the area that you want the synopsis to fit into, you can then click on it with the Type Tool (the regular "T" in the toolbar) and type into that shape. Copy/paste your synopsis text into this new shape, and set it to "Justify Last Left" in the Paragraph window, this will make the right edge of the text wrap around Gwen's hair, thus avoiding the "ragged-right" issues you're having with the synopsis...

Like so...

PS... I put a red stroke around the box to indicate the actual shape of the box, the red stroke won't normally appear. :D

PPS... Justifying the text might leave you with some odd spaces and "rivers" in your paragraph, so you may need to adjust that manually, but I think this method will be more helpful than the way you seem to be doing things at the moment. :D

You still have a ragged right edge and the synopsis is too close to Gwen's head. Did you try my method or were you not able to get it to work?

I've done the masking and put to the left but if a word goes close to the
Vector mask then words can end up like

Did you set your text to "Justified Last Left" in the Paragraph window?

Then bump the right edge of your mask about 20-30px away from Gwen's hair.
