A possible outcome.......borrowed the upc and special fx from another of my covers....colors worked,
but will need some adjusting.
Tried adding a little color Nike, but just didn't look right.

Looks good Jpeg, but maybe incorporate color from front to back? Maybe a little bluish?

Looks great mate, am not sure about the pics of the actors though, should it not be of the characters i.e. hardy dressed as bane.
Top quality mate, really like it.

I was really trying to stay along the lines of Batman Begins, color wise that is.....with the latest round of posters though, it looks
like they will be pushing the bluish effect.

Trying to get a feel to see how or if the pics even fit...but if so, I'll be searching for suitable pics...might have to do some screen captures from the trailers.

Looking good. Solid layout. Wouldn't mind some color on the back.
Last thing, I think the front TT should be nudged down some.

Looks great!
Have you considered trying a tagline on the bottom of the front?

I like the front. If anything I would take a blur brush with a low strength and go around the edges of Batman and Bain. The edges look a little too sharp and clean to me and make it too apparent that they are different layers. Slight blurring makes everything appear as if it exists in the same space as your background.
As for the back I am not fond of the tagline at the top for several reasons. Is that bit about the "legend continues" an official tagline? It seems strange since this is the final one. It shouldn't be the "legend continues" is should be the "legend ends" which is the official tagline listed on IMDB. Beyond that I think you need punctuation after each phrase and I think you could find a more fitting font.
I'm not a huge fan of the cast pics but maybe it will work with better headshots.
The "special features" in metallic gold with the heavy bevel/shadow doesn't look very Batman to me. Nolan's Batman is much more gunmetal grey than gold... in general.

I've tried the blur and I didn't think it worked that great...
With each new poster will come a new tagline.....I don't believe the studio has officially release the list of them or an official synopsis.
The line "the dark knight legend continues" to me infers the movie is a continuation of the trilogy. It is not meant as a tag. While a tag exists
that the legend ends, I seriously doubt this will be the last Batman movie.
AS stated earlier, I added the cast to get a feel of how and if they fit...If I decide to keep them, I will find more suitable pics as suggested by
Bisky.
AS also stated before, I am trying to keep the color scheme close to the "Batman Begins" style as possible. Many covers are going to pop up and
mimic the retail covers and posters....I didn't want this one to be that way.
Let me try a different blur effect and post an example...
