Wow, the coloring on all of these are really amazing. How long did it take you to color this one (just out of curiosity :D )

Only thing I could suggest would be moving the TT down just a bit. Nice credits at the bottom too!

Thanks! I think the problem on The Big Sleep is that I did the colorization, then applied all of the sepia-style mood lighting and ended up having to re-do much of my work, so it took a lot longer than it should have, probably a good 5-8 hours.

I've been dragging my heels hoping to hear about Blu-ray releases on these films, so no big advancements yet. :(

Ah, thank you, you give me too much credit. :) Most guys on here -- yourself included -- would do just as well, if not better. It's just a matter of being willing to pour in the time. Fortunately, not too many people on here are as crazy as me. :D

So, an update!

My current aim is to create a design for the fourth film of the pairing (Key Largo), then create a couple of extra colorizations for the back and make a single-width case with everything. Or, considering how slowly these are coming along, maybe they'll be announced on Blu-ray before then. :)

This one feels just about done. I was really excited about the concept when I saw the still, but it isn't as much of a show-stopper as I envisioned. Still... not bad. I'll probably call it 99% finished with one or two more slight adjustments. :) Thoughts are welcomed, as I've stared at this far too long to be impartial. :)

Background: Bogart is an escaped convict who gets plastic surgery to change his face and move around undetected while he figures out who framed him. The first half of the film is shot in the first-person.

Well, I was hoping my colorization would be the "show-stopper," but is one of your best its probably tied with "The Big Sleep"! I love the blue tone, it is amazing! I was dying to see your latest colorization and it was worth the wait :D I still have a lot of coloring to learn, and I think I can start with your Bogart designs ;)
