That looks great, nice work on Kong. But I'd add more detail to the explosion, more fire around his hand.

What about some vegetation on the rocks? Some green to get some more colour into the image?

Afcourse it needs much more work and i will implement all the suggestions
i try the vegetation but i had also the idea to put the bleeding hand there only have to work it more out in detail.

It's just a rough start, i will add water drops/splash lights/shadows.

Does anyone have a good brush for the splashes or something i can use?

looking good. My only suggestion is to match the black levels on the front. The tentacles are a lot darker in contrast and stand out.

How about giving a bit of tilt to it so that the hand crushing the helicopter falls more centre?

I love, love, loved this movie! While I agree your original direction was more unique and hinted at his massive size, I really like #27 or your newest one with the octopus. I'm excited to see where this goes, good luck!

I like the new way even more! You maybe could combine the octopus and the chooper in his hand?

What about using some smaller rocks?
You could reduce Kong's size a bit as well to get more space for the title at the bottom.
And when everything is a bit smaller you can show some more of the awsome nature?
