Back image looks better, not sure about the legal/credit block that color though (my bad). Maybe a 50% grey?

To tie all the typography on the back together, try the 'deal' text in the upper banner in the same colors as the bottom half text?

I am making an executive decision... I really wasn't feeling the blue after all. It's too cool, I want the heat and explosions from the front to come across on the back. I did lighten up the red from the back though, and still have the orange tones from the front in the back now. I have made a few adjustments and am pretty happy with this. Any last words before I up it?

I think the orange is probably the best option. Possibly can reduce the saturation a bit.
