Sorry mate I don't think those colours work on the engines of the x wings, maybe a slight red tinge with the outer glow in white?
It's all uphill til you get to the top

i've tried red colour with white halo but it turns like the "pink" seen before... and putting red inside or in place of the white really don't please me at all... it looks really weird or may be i can't do it properly!!

Just stick with a safe blue colour and tone it down a bit :)

Venome, JollyRoger, voetzoeker thanks for that, i guess i'll make color adjustment and use voetzoeker pick, really usable i think, but not for tonight and also for the next few days, i'll be very busy and won't be able to work on it... anyway thanks lot for help an ideas...

I like the X-Wings a lot, it really breaks up the straight gray tones of the back.

What if you tried to mimic the front colors? A layer of Purple on "Color" then the Orange and Gold on "Overlay" on top, like:

Also, I'd recommend using Trajan for your "A Long Time Ago..." or the "Disc One" text, just to continue it from the front. Very cool set so far, I'm looking forward to the other installments.
