All it takes is one cover, a single moment of brilliance, to earn the top honor among some of the most talented and exciting designers in the custom cover hobby.
Use any materials you can find, anything it takes to create that perfect design unlike anything we've ever seen before.
YOU MAY CREATE A DVD OR BLU-RAY COVER. ALL DESIGNS SHOULD BE IN ENGLISH, PLEASE.
You have a choice of three movies:
The Artist - 2011 Winner of 5 Academy Awards (10 Nominations)
The Silence of the Lambs -- 1991 Winner of 5 Academy Awards (7 Nominations)
Raiders of the Lost Ark* -- 1981 Winner of 4 Academy Awards (8 Nominations)
Pick whichever you like. Have fun. Be creative. And enjoy!
Artists, please remember not to discuss or show your work to anyone until judging is finished, including fellow competitors.
I'll be back soon with lists of all of the participating designers and judges.
